Humic acid powder is extracted from leonardite,our leonardite is from Xinjiang province in China.Humic acid powder is not soluble in the water,generally it’s used for soil adjustmemt.Humic acid powder is a permanent humic substance and cannot be degraded that fast by the microorganisms of the soil. Humic acid is natural additive for fertilizer to improve the structure of the soil and increase the fertility.
1. Improve the soil structure.
Humic acid can adjust the compacted soil.It react with beneficial bacteria in the soil,improve the soil hardness and make it soft,so that can improve the plants absorption of nutrients,water and oxygen.
Humic acid has better effect on poor and sandy soil.Because humic acid can improve C.E.C (cation exchange capability)of the soil,and convert the metal cation (eg: K+，Mg+ )which are fixed in the soil to another easily abosorbed format,so that change the nutrients absorbed by plants.
2. Adjust pH of the soil.
In the alkaline condition soil,some elements can’t be absorbed by plants,but humic acid can adjust pH and convert these elements to other format which can be absorbed easily by plants.
In the acid condition soil,humic acid can react with heavy metals,and reduce the heavy metal pollution of the soil.At the same time,phosphorus fixed by Ca3+Fe3+Al3+ in the soil will be released easily and absorbed by plants.
3. Improve the plant growth,increase plants yield and quality.
Humic acid can enhance the plants capacity of anti-cold,anti-drought,anti-insects. It can improve photosynthesis and Cell wall division.Increase sugar content and nutrients content,so that can increase yield 30% more or less.
4. Humic acid can react with harmful nitrate,prevent harmful substance getting into drinking water,so that protect water resource.
5. Humic acid can improve the pesticide effect,extend the Pesticides lasting validity period,and reduce the pesticide residues.
